I can be retained to either serve as trustee or to advise you in your capacity as trustee to ensure that you are meeting all of your fiduciary responsibilities. I can also be retained to advise trust beneficiaries of their rights under an existing trust instrument. Having spent two and half years in the life insurance industry, I have particular expertise in the management and administration of life insurance trusts (see this article).
