Probate and Estate Administration

I can be retained to either serve as a personal representative or to advise you in your capacity as personal representative to help you fulfill your fiduciary obligations to the estate of the decedent. I will help you navigate all aspects of the probate process, from collecting assets, to probating the will and closing the estate, and will work with you on preparing and filing any required federal and state estate tax returns, including making all applicable tax elections as appropriate.
