I am often retained to assist clients with intra-family disputes, both before a family member passes away and after.  Many times, having an open and honest conversation with a family before death can be the key to avoiding protracted and expensive litigation after death.  I have years of experience collaborating on probate litigation matters and have seen family discord at its worst.  My goal, when the situation presents itself, is to address the underlying issues that might give rise to litigation so that families can be spared the inevitable heartache and cost after the matriarch or patriarch passes away.
